If you do not know about the Fiverr website, now is your chance to discover how millions of people are making money–five dollars at a time–working from home. The types of services available on Fiverr range from market research to 3D architectural renderings to proofreading novels to designing book covers to math tutoring to selling recipes. And everything else under the sun!
Money for what you do every day
This is how it works: you list your services on the Fiverr website starting with one service you can offer for $5. It should be something you can do in less than five or ten minutes. You also offer a variety of related upgraded services that cost $10 or $30 or $200 more.
Start with a theme
Now here is where selling your recipes comes in. First you should pick a food group theme. Is it strawberries? Potato salads? Smoothies made with coconut milk? Deep-fried donuts? Red-white-and-blue desserts? Or something else that you cook very well and/or something that is very unusual.
Then compile 7 to 10 proven recipes based on that food group and set them up as a PDF on your computer. If you have high quality photographs of each recipes, add those, too. Then when a Fiverr customer orders your recipes and pays, you send them the already prepared PDF. Fiverr handles the financial part of the transaction for you.
Important: customers are always asked to review your service and most of them do, so be sure that the recipes you send–or any other service you offer–is high quality. Poor quality sellers are weeded out FAST!
Once you visit the Fiverr site you may well find another service or two or three you can offer. The advice I can give you is to offer something that is not exactly the same as someone else is selling. Create something a bit better or very unusual! Oh, recipe sales are under the category of “Lifestyle”.
What you need: great recipes, a newish computer with fast internet access, a digital camera or smart phone to take photos.
Where to find these work from home jobs: Fiverr. This is starting your own business rather than getting a job working for someone else or a company. You may make a lot or a little extra spending money. Or you may launch a new career.
